Mitch's at Hidden Harbour has been run with pride by the Gogola family since opening in 1992. Mitch's daughter, Chef Michelle Morris, a top Schoolcraft Culinary Arts graduate and Certified Pastry Chef, has been the owner/operator since 2000. Her desserts are legendary endings to delicious meals. Many patrons even order her creations “to go.” Michelle is dedicated to raising the bar on standards and expectations by presenting dinners that excel in taste, texture and satisfaction, using only fresh, high quality ingredients. Mitch's strives to accommodate a wide range of tastes by offering vegetarian and vegan options. Michelle has hand picked an outstanding assortment of wines/beers/liquors to compliment your dining experience.
